					<description><![CDATA[Un mic truc,dupa ce s-au fiert ouale este neaparat necesar sa fie racite brusc in apa rece altfel prind o culoare verzui-albastruie destul de inestetica intre galbenus si albus. Totodata se curata si mai usor de coaja. Numai bine si spor!]]></description>

 In Scotia am testat si varianta simpla,ou fiert moale,curatat de coaja si prajit &quot;pane&quot; in baie de ulei incins. Este ceva Dumnezeesc de bun!]]></description>
