Sosul bechamel este doar o introducere pentru reteta de maine. Este un sos foarte simplu si gustos de origine frantuzeasca. Poate avea numeroase intrebuintari la:  sufle-uri, lasagna, garnituri de legume, etc. Aceasta este varianta originala a sosului.

Ingrediente: (pentru 600 ml sos)
600 ml lapte
50 gr unt
50 gr faina
½ ceapa
6 cuisoare
4 frunze dafin

Cum este vara, felul de mancare cel mai frecvent preparat este salata. Si care este secretul unei salate reusite? Bineinteles ingredientele si mai ales sosul sau dressingul. De obicei cand zici pesto te referi automat la pasta de busuioc proaspat. Insa nu este tot timpul in sezon si nici nu este chiar ieftin. Asa ca eu vin cu o varianta foarte accesibila insa la fel de gustoasa: patrunjelul.
